The transfer trolley control system comprises a cloud platform scheduling system, an advancing system and a lifting system. The cloud platform scheduling system is used for sending an operation instruction after the transfer trolley is ready; the traveling system is used for controlling the transfer trolley to travel from a starting position to a target position along a preset track according to the operation instruction, and the target position is a position, corresponding to the near end of the photovoltaic array to be cleaned, on the track; the lifting system is used for lifting the loading support carrying the cleaning robot from the initial height to the target height under the control of the cloud platform dispatching system after the transfer trolley reaches the target position, and lowering the loading support to the initial height when the cleaning robot completes the cleaning task and returns to the preset parking space of the loading support. The transfer trolley control system provided by the invention can transfer the cleaning robot among different groups of photovoltaic arrays, and assists the cleaning robot in automatically changing plates.
