The invention provides a cleaning device for a surface immersed in liquid, which comprises a device main body, the device main body is provided with a water inlet, a water channel and a water outlet which are communicated in sequence, and the device main body is pressed on the cleaned surface under the pressure action of water flowing out of the water outlet; the energy assembly comprises a photovoltaic power generation unit and an energy storage module, the photovoltaic power generation unit supplies power to the device body, or the photovoltaic power generation unit supplies power to the device body through the energy storage module; and the automatic snorkeling structure enables the device main body to float upwards or dive through the action of the automatic snorkeling structure. The solar cell converts light energy into electric energy, the electric energy is stored and supplied with power, the automatic snorkeling structure can achieve automatic floating and diving of the cleaning device with the surface immersed in liquid, and the cleaning device does not need to be manually found and lifted out of the water surface.
