The embodiment of the invention discloses an electrochromic membrane, a preparation method of the electrochromic membrane, glass and an automobile, the electrochromic membrane comprises a first carrier, a first conductive layer, an electrochromic layer, a second conductive layer and a second carrier which are arranged in a stacked mode, the first conductive layer comprises a first metal pattern and a first transparent conductive film, and the second conductive layer comprises a second metal pattern and a second transparent conductive film; the conductivity of the first metal pattern is higher than that of the first transparent conductive film; the second conductive layer comprises a second metal pattern and a second transparent conductive film; the conductivity of the second metal pattern is higher than that of the second transparent conductive film; the projection of the first metal pattern and the projection of the second metal pattern on the electrochromic layer are both located in the range of the electrochromic layer. Therefore, the conductive layer of the electrochromic membrane comprises the metal pattern, the response speed to current is higher, and the color changing speed is increased. Meanwhile, as the metal pattern and the transparent conductive film have different response speeds to the current, a pattern change effect is generated, and the user experience is richer.
