The invention provides a servo motor control system and method. The system comprises a control unit connected with a vehicle control unit, N driving modules connected with the control unit, N servo motors connected with the N driving modules, and N rotating speed sensors connected with the N driving modules, wherein the N servo motors are all mechanically connected with a driving axle of the electric vehicle through a clutch and a speed reducing mechanism; the control unit determines whether the driving mode of the electric vehicle is single-machine driving or multi-machine driving according to the required torque and the required rotating speed, and calculates the torque and the rotating speed required by each servo motor during multi-machine driving based on the lowest power consumption; and the N driving modules respectively carry out closed-loop control on the N servo motors based on the torques and the rotating speeds required by the N servo motors and the rotating speeds output by the N rotating speed sensors. According to the method, the torque and the rotating speed required by the servo motor are calculated based on the minimum power consumption, and the overall efficiency of the electric automobile can be improved.
本发明提供一种伺服电机控制系统及方法。所述系统包括:与整车控制器相连的控制单元,分别与控制单元相连的N个驱动模块,分别与N个驱动模块相连的N个伺服电机,分别与N个驱动模块相连的N个转速传感器,N个伺服电机均通过离合器和减速机构与电动汽车的驱动轮轴机械连接;控制单元根据需求转矩和需求转速,确定电动汽车的驱动方式是单机驱动还是多机驱动,并基于功耗最低计算多机驱动时每个伺服电机所需的转矩和转速;N个驱动模块分别基于N个伺服电机所需的转矩和转速及N个转速传感器输出的转速,对N个伺服电机分别进行闭环控制。本发明通过基于功耗最低计算伺服电机所需的转矩和转速,能够提高电动汽车的整车效率。
