The invention provides a compliant constant force mechanism. The compliant constant force mechanism comprises a base, a positive stiffness structure and a negative stiffness structure. A partition block is arranged in the middle of the base and divides a cavity of the base into a first frame space and a second frame space. The positive stiffness structure comprises two first mounting frames and two flexible cross beam sets, the two flexible cross beam sets are connected with the two first mounting frames correspondingly, the first mounting frames are connected with the base, and the opposite ends of the two flexible cross beam sets are connected with the two opposite side walls of a guide beam correspondingly; the negative stiffness structure comprises a second mounting frame and two flexible cosine-shaped curved beam sets, the upper end of the second mounting frame is connected with the bottom of the guide beam through one flexible cosine-shaped curved beam set, and the lower end of the second mounting frame is connected with the bottom of the base through the other flexible cosine-shaped curved beam set. According to the compliant constant-force mechanism, multiple sections of constant-force strokes can be provided, constant-force fluctuation is smaller, precision is higher, more application scenes can be met, and the practicability and adaptability of the compliant constant-force mechanism are improved.
