The invention provides an SOC estimation method and system for a lithium ion battery of an electric vehicle. The SOC estimation method comprises the following steps: measuring current and voltage of the lithium ion battery of the electric vehicle on line; establishing a system state equation for the lithium ion battery of the electric vehicle; establishing a discrete equation and an observation equation based on the established system state equation according to a Kalman filtering algorithm, and performing linearization; establishing an SOC, a capacity state equation and an observation equation; estimating SOC and SOH of the linearized discrete equation, the linearized observation equation, the SOC, the capacity state equation and the linearized observation equation by using a Kalman filtering algorithm; during estimation, online measured current and voltage of the lithium ion battery of the electric vehicle are used as Kalman filtering algorithm input, then adaptive threshold judgment is carried out, if yes, the SOC is estimated by using the Kalman filtering algorithm, and if not, the SOH is estimated by using the Kalman filtering algorithm.

    本发明提供了一种电动汽车锂离子电池SOC估算方法及系统,包括:在线测量电动汽车锂离子电池电流和电压;对电动汽车锂离子电池建立系统状态方程;基于所建立的系统状态方程根据卡尔曼滤波算法建立离散方程和观测方程并进行线性化;建立SOC、容量状态方程和观测方程;利用卡尔曼滤波算法对线性化后的离散方程和观测方程以及SOC、容量状态方程和观测方程进行估计SOC及SOH;估计时,将在线测量电动汽车锂离子电池电流和电压作为卡尔曼滤波算法输入,然后进行自适应阈值判断,若满足,则利用卡尔曼滤波算法估计SOC,若不满足,则利用卡尔曼滤波算法估计SOH。
