The invention discloses a hoisting balance system and a control method, and relates to the technical field of building mechanical equipment, the hoisting balance system comprises: a body assembly comprising a base frame, a cargo boom mounted on the base frame, and a balance frame; the movable balance weight is installed on the balance frame and can move in the extending direction of the balance frame; the driving device comprises a traction system and a power device, and the power device drives the movable balance weight to move through the traction system; the moment detection system is used for acquiring load moment data of the cargo boom in real time; and the control device is electrically connected with the torque detection system and the traction system, and the control device controls the power device in real time according to the load torque data obtained by the torque detection system so as to control the relative position of the movable balance weight on the balance frame. The movable balance weight can balance the load moment when the cargo boom hoists a heavy object in real time, so that the moment of the cargo boom and the moment of the balance frame are kept balanced, and the probability of toppling of the hoisting balance system is reduced.

    本申请公开了一种吊装平衡系统及控制方法,涉及建筑机械设备技术领域,该吊装平衡系统包括:本体组件,包括基架、安装于基架的起重臂和平衡架;移动式平衡重,安装于平衡架,移动式平衡重能够沿平衡架的延伸方向移动;驱动装置,包括牵引系统和动力装置,动力装置通过牵引系统驱动移动式平衡重移动;力矩检测系统,用于实时获取起重臂的起重力矩数据;控制装置,与力矩检测系统和牵引系统电性连接,控制装置根据力矩检测系统获取的起重力矩数据实时控制动力装置,以控制移动式平衡重在平衡架的相对位置。移动式平衡重能够实时平衡起重臂起吊重物时的起重力矩,使起重臂和平衡架的力矩维持平衡,降低了吊装平衡系统倾倒的概率。
