The invention provides a motor-driven integrated vehicle-mounted charger which can reduce the number of elements in an electric power system of an electric vehicle. The reduction in the number of components may be accomplished by using the motor and the motor-driven inverter as part of an on-board charger in a charging mode. By controlling the relay, the electrical connection switch in the system can be reconfigured according to the working state of the electrical connection switch. In one aspect, the motor and motor-driven inverter function as a boost PFC and/or current regulator.
