The stress concentration at the end point is reduced, and the damage risk at the end point is further reduced.

    本发明提供了一种低空腔噪音的轮胎及其加工装置,涉及轮胎加工技术领域,轮胎包括空腔降噪装置由轮胎、静音元件、粘合胶料,静音元件为长条状,通过粘合胶料以螺旋的方式贴覆在轮胎内壁中。本发明通过控制两段静音元件之间间隔宽度与静音元件厚度即可达到增加静音元件与轮胎内部空气接触面积的目的,降低轮胎空腔噪音效果更好;同时,静音元件因制备成长条状,且整条缠绕贴覆至轮胎内壁,从而使得静音元件在轮胎内壁中仅两个端点,减少了传统低空噪音轮胎因端点较多而产生的损坏风险,且因本发明静音元件的宽度相较于传统低空噪音轮胎减少,降低了端点处的应力集中,进一步降低端点处的损坏风险。
