The invention relates to the field of hydraulic pressure, in particular to a hydraulic winch emergency lowering loop which comprises an oil port A, an oil port B, an oil port R, a first hydraulic control reversing valve, a manual reversing valve, a manual pump, a first shuttle valve, a second shuttle valve, a pressure reducing valve, a second hydraulic control reversing valve, a balance valve, a hydraulic winch and a reversing valve. The two ends of a first pipeline where the oil port A is located are connected with the reversing valve and the hydraulic winch respectively, the two ends of a second pipeline where the oil port B is located are connected with the reversing valve and the hydraulic winch respectively, a third pipeline and a fourth pipeline are arranged between the first pipeline and the second pipeline, a first shuttle valve is arranged on the third pipeline, and a hydraulic control reversing valve and a balance valve are arranged on the fourth pipeline. The first shuttle valve is connected with a sixth pipeline through a fifth pipeline, a second shuttle valve is arranged on the fifth pipeline, and the second shuttle valve is sequentially connected with a pressure reducing valve, a hydraulic control reversing valve and a hydraulic winch in series. And the pipeline VI is sequentially connected with a manual pump, a manual reversing valve and a hydraulic control reversing valve in series. When power failure occurs or an oil supply pump breaks down, emergency lowering of the hydraulic winch can be conducted without power supply or fault solving.
