The crawler belt structure is supported through the arranged tensioning assembly, when small impurities are ground, the position of a tensioning wheel in the tensioning assembly is changed, so that the crawler belt structure deforms, the machine base cannot be bumped, and when the machine walks on the side slope terrain, the two height adjusting assemblies adjust the heights of the two crawler belt walking components correspondingly, so that the height of the crawler belt walking components is adjusted, and the working efficiency is improved. Therefore, the machine base can be kept in the horizontal state, then the inclination angle fine adjustment assembly is used for finely adjusting the angle of the crawler belt walking component on one side of the slope-shaped terrain, it can be guaranteed that the crawler belt structure is attached to the ground, running is more stable, balance is better, and the rollover phenomenon is avoided; the two height adjusting assemblies are used for lifting the machine base to cross obstacles, and bypassing is not needed.

    本发明公开了一种机器人走行座,包括机座,所述机座顶面固接机体安装面板,所述机座两侧分别开设两个侧腔,两个所述侧腔底端均为开口结构,两个所述侧腔内分别设置两个调节部件。本发明通过设置的张紧组件对履带结构进行支撑,在碾到小块杂质时,张紧组件中张紧轮改变位置,使得履带结构发生形变,不会使机座颠簸,而且在侧坡类地形行走时,两个高度调节组件分别调节两个履带走行部件的高度,这样即可保持机座处于水平态,再利用倾角微调组件将在坡状地形一侧的履带走行部件的角度进行微调,即可保证履带结构与地面贴合,行驶更加稳定,平衡性更好,避免侧翻现象,在遇到部分障碍物时,利用两个高度调节组件抬高机座高度跨越过障碍物,无需绕行。
