The problems that in the prior art, before the gravity center of an airplane is measured, the airplane is mostly assembled in a fixed chassis folding installation mode, after assembling is completed, a crane is adopted to carry the whole airplane body to a measuring platform for attitude measurement, the steps are complex, and the operation efficiency is low are solved.

    本发明提供一种基于数字孪生的智能控制POGO柱,包括支撑平台,所述支撑平台上设置有前支撑定位组件、中部支撑定位组件以及后支撑定位组件,所述后支撑定位组件以及所述中部支撑定位组件包括第一POGO柱体,所述第一POGO柱体安装在所述支撑平台表面,所述第二POGO柱球头连接板顶部安装有临时下托板,所述第二POGO柱球头连接板一侧固定有限位板,所述限位板一侧安装真空吸盘,所述第二POGO柱球头连接板底部安装有孔定位器,本发明解决了现有技术中在对飞机进行重心测量之前,大都采用固定底盘对合安装的方式对飞机进行组装,在装配完毕后再采用吊机将整个机身带到测量平台处进行姿态测量,步骤复杂,操作效率较低的问题。
