The invention discloses a crane rail gnawing detection method and device.The method comprises the steps that initial signals are collected, the initial signals comprise initial acceleration signals, and a crane runs on a rail; the initial acceleration signals are screened, transverse vibration signals of the crane wheels are obtained, and the transverse vibration signals are vibration signals of the wheels in the direction perpendicular to the extending direction of a track; and carrying out time domain waveform analysis on the transverse vibration signal to determine whether the crane has rail gnawing. Through the mode, the collected initial acceleration signal can be analyzed to determine whether the crane gnaws the rail or not, the whole process is convenient and simple, the detection precision is high, safety accidents can be effectively reduced, and the working safety of the crane is improved.

    本申请公开了一种起重机啃轨检测方法及装置,其中方法包括:采集初始信号,所述初始信号包括初始加速度信号,所述起重机在轨道上运行;对所述初始加速度信号进行筛选,得到所述起重机车轮的横向振动信号,所述横向振动信号为所述车轮在垂直于轨道延伸方向上的振动信号;对所述横向振动信号进行时域波形分析,确定所述起重机是否存在啃轨。通过上述方式,可以对采集的初始加速度信号进行分析,来确定起重机是否存在啃轨,整个过程方便简单,检测精准度高,可以有效降低安全事故发生,提高起重机工作的安全性。
