The invention discloses a light-weight light-resistant instrument board structure which comprises an ABS panel main body, the ABS panel main body is coated with a nano light-resistant resin coating, and the nano light-resistant resin coating comprises 100 parts by weight of base resin, 0.1-5 parts by weight of an activating agent, 0.1-3 parts by weight of an antioxidant, 0.1-3 parts by weight of a light stabilizer and 0.1-5 parts by weight of a matt agent. The nano light-resistant resin coating is coated on the ABS panel main body, so that the light resistance of the surface of the instrument panel is enhanced, the strong light reflection is reduced, and the comfort of a driver and passengers in a vehicle is improved.

    本发明公开了一种轻量化抗光仪表板结构,其包括:ABS面板主体,ABS面板主体涂覆纳米抗光树脂涂料,纳米抗光树脂涂料包括100重量份的基础树脂、0.1‑5重量份的活化剂、0.1‑3重量份的防氧化剂、0.1‑3重量份的光稳定剂、及0.1‑5重量份的无光泽剂。本发明通过在ABS面板主体上涂覆纳米抗光树脂涂料,增强仪表板表面的抗光性,减小强光反射,提高车内驾驶者和乘客的舒适度。
