The invention discloses a flexible floating type photovoltaic system capable of dissipating waves and draining water, and relates to the technical field of offshore photovoltaic power generation, and the flexible floating type photovoltaic system comprises a flexible supporting surface, a photovoltaic assembly, a peripheral buoyancy ring, an annular steel frame and a mooring assembly. A peripheral buoyancy ring is arranged on the outer side of the annular steel frame, the annular steel frame is connected with one end of the mooring assembly, and the other end of the mooring assembly is anchored on a seabed; a flexible supporting face is arranged on the inner side of the annular steel frame, and a photovoltaic assembly is arranged on the flexible supporting face. A flexible supporting surface with buoyancy ribs based on a woven fabric layer is adopted to replace a waterproof film material. The woven cloth layer has good water permeability, can realize automatic drainage of water on waves, and compared with a waterproof film or an air cushion, the water on waves cannot be accumulated, additional drainage facilities are not needed, additional power consumption is avoided, the power generation effect of a photovoltaic system is prevented from being reduced, and the drainage mode is more reliable and stable. And the woven cloth layer can effectively block waves below the supporting surface, so that the waves are prevented from directly striking the lower side of the photovoltaic module.

    本发明公开一种可消浪排水的柔性漂浮式光伏系统,涉及海上光伏发电技术领域,包括柔性支撑面、光伏组件、外围浮力圈、环向钢架和系泊组件;环向钢架的外侧设置有外围浮力圈,环向钢架与系泊组件的一端相连接,系泊组件的另一端锚固在海床上;环向钢架内侧设置有柔性支撑面,柔性支撑面上设置有光伏组件。采用基于有纺布层的带浮力肋的柔性支撑面代替不透水薄膜材料。有纺布层具有很好的透水性能,能实现上浪水体的自动排放,相比不透水的薄膜或气垫,不会造成上浪积水,也不需要额外设置排水设施,避免额外的耗电降低光伏系统发电效应,排水方式更为可靠稳定。有纺布层能对支撑面下的波浪进行有效阻隔,避免波浪对光伏组件下侧的直接打击。
