The invention relates to the technical field of accelerator control methods, and discloses a cable carry-scraper accelerator control method which comprises the following steps: S1, replacing an existing fork oil cylinder with a WILLAMS labeling oil cylinder verified by the market; s2, a proportional pressure reducing valve is installed in an oil way of the oil cylinder, and a proper current value is set according to an experimental test result so as to adjust the oil quantity and the speed of the oil cylinder; and S3, a pressed valve is additionally arranged at an outlet of the proportional valve, so that the middle pipeline can be filled with oil, and the idle stroke and the impact feeling generated when the accelerator pedal is stepped on again are relieved. According to the method, the oil cylinder is marked by using the WILLAMS verified by the market, so that stable performance and long service life can be provided; by adding the proportional pressure reducing valve, the quantity and the speed of oil entering the oil cylinder can be adjusted, so that the accelerator of the cable carry-scraper can be accurately controlled; the pressed valve is additionally arranged at the outlet of the proportional valve, so that the middle pipeline can be filled with oil, and the idle stroke and the impact feeling when the accelerator pedal is stepped on again are effectively relieved.

    本发明涉及油门控制方法技术领域,公开了一种电缆铲运机油门控制方法,包括以下步骤:S1:将现有的叉动油缸更换为经过市场验证的WILLAMS标注油缸;S2:在油缸油路中安装比例减压阀,并根据实验测试结果设定适宜的电流值,以调节油缸的油量和速度;S3:在比例阀出口处增加被压阀,使其能够保持中间管路中充满油,从而减轻再次踩油门踏板时的空行程和冲击感。本发明通过使用经过市场验证的WILLAMS标注油缸,该方法能够提供稳定的性能和长寿命;通过增加比例减压阀,可以调节进入油缸的油量和速度,从而实现对电缆铲运机油门的精确控制;通过在比例阀出口处增加被压阀,可以保持中间管路中充满油,有效减轻再次踩油门踏板时的空行程和冲击感。
