The invention provides an unmanned helicopter moving part state monitoring and fault diagnosis method, which comprises the following steps: step 1, measuring point selection: a sensor is installed at a key position of an unmanned helicopter body, and the sensor realizes signal pickup work of rotating parts and electrical equipment in a transmission system, a power device, a rotor system and a tail rotor system; transmitting the analog signal to airborne data acquisition equipment through a special cable; step 2, data acquisition; step 3, data processing; step 4, data transmission; 5, making a diagnosis scheme; and step 6, outputting a diagnosis result. And step 7, data comprehensive analysis. The method is suitable for state monitoring and fault diagnosis of the moving part of the unmanned helicopter, the fault mechanism is clear, and the implementation mode is simple and reliable.

    本发明提供了一种无人直升机动部件状态监控与故障诊断方法,包括以下步骤:步骤1,测点选取:在无人直升机机身的关键位置安装传感器,传感器实现传动系统、动力装置、旋翼系统、尾桨系统中旋转部件以及电器设备的信号拾取工作,通过专用线缆将模拟信号传递至机载数据采集设备中;步骤2,数据采集;步骤3,数据处理;步骤4,数据传输;步骤5,制定诊断方案;步骤6,输出诊断结果;步骤7,数据综合分析。本方法适用于无人直升机的动部件状态监测与故障诊断,故障机理清晰,实现方式简单可靠。
