The invention discloses a design method and structure of a compartment bucket bottom plate of a mining dump truck, and the design method comprises the following steps: analyzing the repose angle change of a material under different installation angles of a compartment bucket according to mine pavement design requirements and material characteristics, providing a design basis for the installation angle of the compartment bucket, and then designing the installation angle of the compartment bucket according to the structural characteristics and bearing characteristics of the compartment bucket bottom plate. And finally, based on the discrete element technology, the accumulation form of the materials in the compartment hopper after the compartment hopper loads the materials is researched, and the contour line of the discharging end of the compartment hopper bottom plate is designed to be a material accumulation form line. The reasonable installation angle of the compartment hopper is determined based on the principle of minimum sliding of materials, a traditional flat plate type compartment hopper bottom plate is changed into a left inclined plate, flat plate and right inclined plate type, the rigidity of the compartment hopper is improved, the discharging end of the compartment hopper bottom plate is locally lengthened according to the natural stacking state of the materials, the loading capacity of the compartment hopper is increased, and the transportation efficiency is improved.

    本发明公开了一种矿用自卸车厢斗底板设计方法及结构,本发明根据矿山路面设计要求及物料特性,分析厢斗在不同安装角度下物料的安息角变化,给出厢斗安装角度设计依据,然后根据厢斗底板结构特征及承载特点,对厢斗底板进行反变形设计,最后基于离散元技术,研究厢斗装载物料后物料在厢斗内的堆积形态,将厢斗底板卸料端的轮廓线设计为物料堆积形态线。本发明以物料滑动最小为原则,确定厢斗合理的安装角度,将传统的平板式厢斗底板改为左倾斜板+平板+右倾斜板型式,提高了厢斗的刚度,依据物料的自然堆放状态,将厢斗底板卸料端局部加长,增加了厢斗的装载量,提高了运输效率。
