The invention relates to the technical field of composite materials, in particular to a steel wire hanging rubber composition, steel wire hanging rubber, a preparation method of the steel wire hanging rubber and a tire applying the steel wire hanging rubber. The steel wire hanging rubber composition provided by the invention comprises the following components in parts by mass: 80-100 parts of bio-based itaconate rubber; 0 to 20 parts of natural rubber; and 69.5 to 107 parts of an auxiliary filler. Compared with a common steel wire hanging rubber formula, the steel wire hanging rubber composition provided by the invention can obtain the steel wire hanging rubber with high viscosity, low rolling resistance and high aging resistance under the condition that an adhesive is not added, and solves the problems that the rolling resistance of a tire is increased and the tire is aged in a long-term use process due to the addition of the adhesive in the traditional steel wire hanging rubber. Experiments show that a steel wire hanging rubber sample prepared from the composition provided by the invention has mechanical properties equivalent to those of the traditional steel wire hanging rubber, the rolling resistance of the steel wire hanging rubber sample is obviously reduced, the extraction force of the steel wire hanging rubber sample before aging is maximally increased to 598N, and the extraction force of the steel wire hanging rubber sample after aging is not obviously reduced.
本发明涉及复合材料技术领域,具体是一种钢丝挂胶组合物、钢丝挂胶及该挂胶的制备方法和应用该挂胶的轮胎。本发明提供的钢丝挂胶组合物,以质量份计,包括:生物基衣康酸酯橡胶:80~100份;天然橡胶:0~20份;和辅助填料:69.5~107份。与普通钢丝挂胶配方相比,本发明提供的钢丝挂胶组合物能够在不加入粘合剂的情况下得到高粘性、低滚阻和高耐老化性能的钢丝挂胶,解决了传统钢丝挂胶因为加入粘合剂导致的轮胎滚阻上升和长期使用过程中的老化问题。实验表明,采用本发明提供的组合物制得的钢丝挂胶试样具有和传统钢丝挂胶相当的力学性能,并且其滚阻明显下降,其老化前抽出力最高提高至598N,老化后抽出力无明显下降。
