The invention discloses a traction seat reinforcing structure which comprises a support, the upper end of the support is provided with a pivot joint part, the upper surface of the pivot joint part forms an upper arc-shaped surface, a shaft hole is formed in the end face of the pivot joint part, a damping sleeve is arranged in the shaft hole, and the damping sleeve is provided with an upper end, a lower end located below the upper end and two sleeve side parts located between the upper end and the lower end. The thickness of the damping sleeve is gradually increased from the sleeve side part to the upper end and the lower end respectively; the pin shaft is matched with the inner hole of the damping sleeve, and the two ends of the pin shaft extend out of the inner hole; the mounting seat is rotationally connected to the pin shaft, the mounting seat is provided with a mounting part located above the pivoting part, and a lower arc-shaped surface in clearance fit with the upper arc-shaped surface is formed on the lower surface of the mounting part. Through the structural design, the damping sleeve can well bear loads in the vertical direction and counteract impact force, so that the damping effect of the damping sleeve is improved, the pin shaft and the whole traction seat are protected, the service life of the traction seat can be prolonged, and the driving safety is improved.

    本发明公开了一种牵引座加强结构,包括:支架,其上端具有一枢接部,枢接部的上表面形成一上弧形面,枢接部的端面开设有一轴孔,轴孔内设有一减震套,减震套具有上端、位于上端下方的下端以及位于上端和下端之间的两个套侧部,减震套的厚度自套侧部分别朝向上端和下端逐渐增大;销轴,与减震套的内孔配合,且销轴的两端伸出内孔外;安装座转动连接于销轴上,安装座具有一位于枢接部上方的安装部,安装部的下表面形成一与上弧形面间隙配合的下弧形面。通过此结构设计,减震套可以很好的承受垂直方向载荷和抵消冲击力,从而提高减震套的减震效果,对销轴及整个牵引座起到防护作用,可延长牵引座使用寿命和提高行车安全性。
