The invention discloses a debugging method of a rudder angle indicator system for a ship mechanical rudder, which comprises the following specific steps: selecting a proper signal generator and setting an analog electric signal set value, installing and checking a rudder angle receiver according to a drawing, connecting the signal generator and the rudder angle receiver, and adjusting cable connection according to an angle indication direction. Outputting an analog electric signal to detect the precision, repeating the steps until all the rudder angle receivers meet the precision requirement, installing the rudder angle transmitter on the mechanical rudder and connecting the rudder angle transmitter with the rudder angle receivers; and after the locking state of the mechanical rudder is relieved, the rudder angle transmitter is further subjected to supplementary debugging. According to the method, debugging can be conducted when the mechanical rudder is in a locked state in the ship building process, and the method is not limited by installation integrity of a mechanical rudder system and accessory equipment of the mechanical rudder system; the method can be applied to a current type or voltage type rudder angle indicator system. And the debugging work of the pure electric rudder angle indicator system can be carried out in advance through the method, so that a large amount of debugging time and period are saved.

    本发明公开了一种用于船舶机械舵的舵角指示器系统的调试方法,具体步骤包括:选择适合的信号发生器并设定模拟电信号设定值,根据图纸安装并检查舵角接收器,连接信号发生器和舵角接收器,根据角度指示方向调整电缆连接,输出模拟电信号检测精度,重复步骤直到所有舵角接收器满足精度要求,将舵角发送器安装到机械舵上并连接舵角接收器;在机械舵锁定状态解除后,进一步对舵角发送器补充调试。本方法可在船舶建造过程中机械舵处于锁定状态下进行调试,不受机械舵系统及其附属设备安装完整性的限制;本方法可适用于电流型或电压型的舵角指示器系统;而且通过本方法可以先行进行纯电气的舵角指示器系统的调试工作,进而节省大量的调试时间和周期。
