The invention provides a space station extravehicular load caring method based on astronaut operation. The space station extravehicular load caring method comprises the steps that S1, an astronaut carries an extravehicular electric tool out of a cabin and moves to the position of a fault load adapter; s2, operating a manual operation interface at the active end of the load adapter by using an electric tool to unlock the active end and the passive end of the load adapter so as to take down the load assembly from the passive end of the load adapter; s3, the load combination body and the astronaut are transferred to the cabin door of the movable air brake cabin through the mechanical arm operation table; s4, the astronaut connects the load assembly to the passive end of a load adapter on the load transfer mechanism in a butt joint mode, and the active end and the passive end of the load adapter are locked through an electric tool; and S5, the astronaut returns to the cabin, and the load transfer mechanism transfers the load assembly back to the cabin according to a normal process. The problem that after the active end of the load adapter breaks down, the active end of the load adapter and the load outside the cabin cannot be recycled can be solved.

    本发明提供一种基于航天员操作的空间站舱外载荷照料方法,包括:S1、航天员携带舱外电动工具出仓移动至至故障的载荷适配器的位置;S2、利用电动工具对载荷适配器主动端的手动操作接口进行操作,实现载荷适配器主、被动端的解锁,从而将载荷组合体从载荷适配器被动端上取下;S3、通过机械臂操作台将载荷组合体与航天员转移动气闸舱舱门处;S4、航天员将载荷组合体对接到载荷转移机构上的载荷适配器被动端上,利用电动工具将载荷适配器主动端与被动端锁紧;S5、航天员回舱,载荷转移机构按照正常流程将载荷组合体转移回舱内。本发明能够解决载荷适配器主动端故障后,载荷适配器主动端和舱外载荷无法回收的难题。
