The invention discloses an inorganic nano hydrophobic material doped solid electrolyte material as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The solid electrolyte comprises solid electrolyte particles and an inorganic nano hydrophobic material physically doped in the solid electrolyte particles; the solid electrolyte particles are halide solid electrolyte and/or sulfide solid electrolyte; the particle size of the inorganic nano hydrophobic material is 1 nm to 60 nm. The solid electrolyte material doped with the inorganic nano hydrophobic material has good stability in wet air and high conductivity retention rate.

    本发明公开了一种无机纳米疏水材料掺杂的固态电解质材料及其制备方法和应用。所述固态电解质包括固态电解质颗粒和物理掺杂于所述固态电解质颗粒中的无机纳米疏水材料;所述固态电解质颗粒为卤化物固态电解质和/或硫化物固态电解质;所述无机纳米疏水材料的粒径为1nm~60nm。本发明的无机纳米疏水材料掺杂的固态电解质材料在湿空气中的稳定性好,且电导率保持率高。
