According to the control method, under the condition of entering a power generation mode, the rotating speed of an engine is obtained; then, under the condition that the rotating speed of the engine is smaller than or equal to a boosting rotating speed threshold value, a boosting driving signal is generated and output to a plurality of switching tubes of a rectification and inversion circuit, so that the rectification and inversion circuit boosts the voltage output by the starting and power generation all-in-one machine, and the boosted voltage is output to an energy storage module; the energy storage module is used for at least supplying power to the starting-generating all-in-one machine; the boost rotating speed threshold value is a rotating speed threshold value required by the set power generation voltage of the vehicle. The problem of low power generation voltage caused by motor stator wire thickening is compensated, foot starting and vehicle starting at a low speed are facilitated, and the reliability of vehicle starting is improved.
