The invention provides a force-heat joint test method for a flexible airfoil, which belongs to the technical field of measurement and testing and comprises the following steps: S1, fixing and supporting a bottom support bracket of the flexible airfoil; s2, quartz lamps and air bags are arranged on the upper surface and the lower surface of the flexible airfoil correspondingly; the airbag surface heat-resistant temperature is higher than the highest temperature of the heating condition; s3, a displacement sensor is arranged on the upper surface of the flexible airfoil, and a high-temperature strain gauge is pasted to the front edge of the outer wing; s4, performing static loading on the lower surface of the flexible airfoil by inflating the air bag; s5, the upper surface of the flexible airfoil is heated through a quartz lamp; s6, the flexible airfoil is heated step by step according to a preset scheme, and finally test conditions are met; s7, recording measuring point data to obtain a test curve; and S8, analyzing the test data, verifying whether the flexible airfoil meets the requirements or not, and completing the force-heat joint test, thereby solving the problem that the accuracy of the test result is influenced because the external pressure loading and heating of the surface of the flexible airfoil cannot be realized at the same time in the prior art.

    本发明提出一种柔性翼面的力热联合试验方法,属于测量测试技术领域,包括如下步骤:S1、对柔性翼面底部支撑托架进行固支;S2、在柔性翼面的上、下表面分别布置石英灯和气囊;气囊表面耐热温度大于加热条件的最高温度;S3、在柔性翼面的上表面布置位移传感器,在外翼前缘粘贴高温应变片;S4、通过气囊充气对柔性翼面下表面进行静力加载;S5、通过石英灯对柔性翼面的上表面进行加热;S6、按照预定方案对柔性翼面进行逐级加温,最终达到试验条件;S7、记录测点数据,得到试验曲线;S8、对试验数据进行分析,验证柔性翼面是否满足要求,完成力热联合试验,解决了现有技术无法同时实现柔性翼面表面外压加载和加热,影响试验结果准确性的问题。
