The invention discloses a steel-aluminum-plastic mixed material instrument panel cross beam, which relates to the technical field of automobile materials, and comprises a main pipe beam, connecting assemblies arranged at the two ends of the main pipe beam and used for connecting the side wall of an automobile, a supporting assembly arranged at the bottom of the main pipe beam and used for further stabilizing the main pipe beam, and a fixing seat sleeved on the surface of the main pipe beam and used for mounting a plurality of automobile parts, the connecting assembly comprises a left side connecting seat and a right side connecting seat, the surface of one end, close to the right side connecting seat, of the main pipe beam is sleeved with a steering column mounting seat, a multi-material frame structure is developed and designed to replace a traditional steel structure frame system, the weight of the cross beam can be reduced by about 25%-35% compared with an original steel cross beam, and the cost is reduced by about 20% compared with an all-aluminum cross beam; and a plurality of connecting pieces are designed and can be easily fixed on the main pipe beam, so that an integrated forming process is originally created, dozens of assembling and welding procedures are reduced, the integration degree of two processes is better, and the product of a project is successfully developed and iteratively applied, so that the domestic replacement can be completely realized.

    本发明公开了一款钢铝塑混合材料仪表板横梁,涉及汽车材料技术领域,包括主管梁,主管梁两端设置用于连接汽车侧壁的连接组件,主管梁底部设置有用于进一步稳定自身的支撑组件,主管梁表面套接有用于安装多个汽车零件的固定座,连接组件包括左侧连接座和右侧连接座,主管梁靠近右侧连接座的一端表面套接有转向管柱安装座,本项目开发设计多材质的框架结构替代传统钢结构框架系统,此款横梁可在原来钢制横梁上面减重约25%~35%,成本相比于全铝横梁下降约20%,设计有多个连接件可以较为轻易的固定在主管梁上,使得独创一体化成型工艺,减少数十项装配焊接工序,两化融合程度更好,项目产品成功开发并迭代应用,可完全实现国产化替代。
