The invention discloses a crane anti-collision warning device based on machine vision, the crane anti-collision warning device comprises a fixing plate, two clamping plates, a buffer plate, a display screen, a camera and a laser range finder, the two clamping plates are mounted on one side of the fixing plate and used for clamping a suspension arm of a crane, and an adjusting assembly is arranged on the fixing plate to adjust the distance between the two clamping plates; the buffer plate is installed on the other side of the fixing plate through an auxiliary structure, a buffer structure is arranged between the buffer plate and the fixing plate, the camera and the laser range finder are installed on the side, away from the fixing plate, of the buffer plate, the display screen is installed in a control room of the crane, and the camera and the display screen are connected through an electric wire. According to the anti-collision warning device, the clamping piece is driven by the adjusting assembly to move so that the anti-collision warning device can be installed on suspension arms of different sizes, the adaptability is wide, the camera and the laser range finder on the buffer plate are buffered through the buffer structure and the auxiliary structure when collision occurs, and therefore the anti-collision warning device is prevented from being damaged.

    本发明公开了一种基于机器视觉的吊车防碰撞警示装置,其包括固定板、夹持板、缓冲板、显示屏、摄像头以及激光测距仪,夹持板为两个,安装于固定板的一侧,用于夹持与吊车的吊臂上,固定板上设置有调节组件,以调节两个夹持板之间的距离;缓冲板通过辅助结构安装于固定板的另一侧,缓冲板和固定板之间设置有缓冲结构,缓冲板远离固定板的一侧安装有摄像头和激光测距仪,显示屏安装于吊车的操控室,摄像头和显示屏通过电线连接。本发明实施例通过调节组件带动夹持件移动的方式实现在不同尺寸的吊臂上的安装,适应性广,而且通过缓冲结构以及辅助结构来对缓冲板上的摄像头和激光测距仪在发生碰撞时进行缓冲,从而避免该防碰撞警示装置的损坏。
