The invention discloses a failure processing method for a torque sensor of an electric power steering system, which comprises the following steps of: 1, starting a failure processing flow of the torque sensor when the torque sensor of the electric power steering system of a vehicle is detected to be completely failed; 2, the electric power steering system obtains an external input signal in real time; step 3, when the torque sensor is completely invalid, freezing the current torque value of the power-assisted motor; step 4, carrying out safety boundary value limitation on the frozen torque value of the power-assisted motor; step 5, detecting that the steering behavior of the driver is straight, turning or reversing; 6, according to the steering behavior of the driver, determining the processing mode of the current torque value of the power-assisted motor and the decreasing slope value of the power-assisted torque, and reducing 0 from the torque value of the power-assisted motor; and step 7, monitoring the torque value of the power-assisted motor in real time, and when the torque value of the power-assisted motor is progressively increased, cutting off the torque value of the power-assisted motor and outputting the torque value to 0.

    本发明公开了一种电动助力转向系统扭矩传感器失效处理方法,包括以下步骤:步骤1,当检测到车辆电动助力转向系统扭矩传感器完全失效时,开启扭矩传感器失效处理流程;步骤2,电动助力转向系统实时获取外部输入信号;步骤3,当扭矩传感器完全失效时,冻结当前的助力电机力矩值;步骤4,对冻结的助力电机力矩值进行安全边界值限制;步骤5,检测驾驶员转向行为为直行、转弯或换向;步骤6,根据驾驶员转向行为确定当前助力电机力矩值的处理方式以及助力扭矩递减斜率值,将助力电机力矩值减0;步骤7,实时的监测助力电机力矩值,当助力电机力矩值递增,则切断助力电机力矩值输出至0。
