The invention relates to a lunar surface resource rotating casting and returning device which comprises a rotating arm, and a combined body is fixed to the front end of the rotating arm through a first separating and locking mechanism. The magnetic suspension driving system provides rotation power and suspension force for the rotary arm, so that after the combination obtains the moon escape speed, the first separation locking mechanism releases the combination, and the casting purpose is achieved; a returner is located in the assembly. Magnetic suspension driving is adopted, acceleration driving force is provided for the acceleration module, meanwhile, suspension force is provided for the acceleration module, so that the assembly is suspended on a track, no friction loss exists in the acceleration process, the low-temperature and high-vacuum environment of the lunar surface can be fully utilized, and working power consumption is reduced. Besides, a unique spiral arm structure is adopted, most centrifugal overload in the rotation acceleration process is borne, the overload upper limit capable of being borne reaches more than ten thousand g, the system scale is greatly reduced (the radius is not higher than one hundred meters), and the returner can be directly accelerated to be higher than the moon escape speed.

    本发明记载一种月面资源旋转抛射运返装置,包括旋臂,组合体通过第一分离锁紧机构固定在旋臂前端;磁悬浮驱动系统为本发明旋臂提供旋转动力和悬浮力,进而使组合体获得月球逃逸速度后,第一分离锁紧机构释放组合体,达到抛射目的;返回器位于组合体中。本发明采用磁悬浮驱动,为加速模块提供加速驱动力,同时为其提供悬浮力,使得组合体悬浮于轨道上,加速过程无摩擦损耗,并且此方案可充分利用月面低温高真空环境,降低工作功耗。另外,本发明采用独特的旋臂结构,承载旋转加速过程中大部分的离心过载,可承载过载上限达到万g以上,极大地缩小了系统规模(半径≯百米),并且可以直接将返回器加速至月球逃逸速度以上。
