The invention provides a vibration isolation and buffering integrated support for a satellite momentum wheel and an installation structure, the vibration isolation and buffering integrated support comprises an installation platform, a vibration isolation assembly and an installation support, one end of the vibration isolation assembly is connected with the installation platform, and the other end of the vibration isolation assembly is connected with the installation support; the vibration isolation assembly comprises two pairs of orthogonal elastic sheets which are installed in the axial direction of the vibration isolation assembly, and the space between any pair of elastic sheets is filled with damping energy dissipation materials. The device further comprises a momentum wheel and a satellite structure plate, the installation platform is fixedly connected with the momentum wheel, and the installation support is fixedly connected with the satellite structure plate. The vibration isolation assembly is prone to generating transverse displacement when bearing transverse force in the bending direction of the elastic sheets, the transverse linear stiffness of the vibration isolation assembly in the two orthogonal directions is close and far smaller than the axial linear stiffness, and when the vibration isolation assembly generates transverse vibration, the elastic sheets in the corresponding directions can drive the damping energy dissipation material to generate shear deformation, so that the damping energy dissipation material is deformed. Therefore, vibration energy is greatly consumed, the amplitude of the momentum wheel can be reduced, and the momentum wheel can safely pass through a launching section.

    本发明提供了一种用于卫星动量轮的隔振与缓冲集成式支架及安装结构,包括安装平台、隔振组件以及安装支架,隔振组件的一端连接安装平台,隔振组件的另一端连接安装支架;隔振组件包括沿隔振组件轴向安装的正交的两对弹性薄片,任一对弹性薄片之间均填充有阻尼耗能材料。还包括动量轮和卫星结构板,安装平台与动量轮紧固连接,安装支架与卫星结构板紧固连接。隔振组件在受到弹性薄片弯曲方向的横向力时,易产生横向位移,隔振组件在两个正交方向的横向线刚度相近,并且远小于轴向线刚度,当隔振组件发生横向振动时,对应方向的弹性薄片会带动阻尼耗能材料产生剪切变形,从而大幅消耗振动能量,有助于降低动量轮振幅,保证动量轮安全通过发射段。
