According to the invention, the annular lifting hoop is matched with the shell ring annular bonding belt on the glass fiber reinforced plastic inner barrel, so that the overall performance of the glass fiber reinforced plastic inner barrel is better, the lifting is stable, the operation is simple, the operation in a narrow space is convenient, and the life safety of constructors is ensured.
本发明公开了一种烟囱玻璃钢内筒倒装提升施工方法,根据所安装的玻璃钢内筒的直径和筒体最大单段重量,设计制作环形提升抱箍;将第一段筒节导入烟囱中心并安放到位,在第一段筒节的筒节环形粘结带下方安装环形提升抱箍,在利用烟囱顶部平台的液压提升装置提升第一节内筒;第二段筒节送至烟囱中心使其与第一段筒节对口对齐并进行粘接;拆除第一段筒节上的环形提升抱箍并将其安装到第二段筒节的筒节环形粘结带下方,提升第二段筒节;然后按照上述方法提升其余各段筒节。本发明利用环形提升抱箍与玻璃钢内筒上的筒节环形粘结带配合工作,使玻璃钢内筒的整体性能更好,提升平稳且操作简单,便于在狭小空间操作,保证施工人员的生命安全。
