The invention relates to the technical field of evacuation platform pedals, and particularly discloses a layering structure of an evacuation platform pedal, which comprises a main body layering and an outer layer layering group. Wherein the main body paving layer comprises a panel part, a cavity part and at least one vertical rib part, the cavity part and the at least one vertical rib part are respectively arranged on the front surface of the panel part, the cavity part is arranged at at least one end close to the panel part, and the at least one vertical rib part and the panel part are arranged at an interval; the outer layer paving layer group is respectively paved on the outer surface of the main body paving layer and the inner surface of the cavity enclosed by the cavity part and the panel part; the main body laying layer is a one-way yarn laying layer, yarn bundles are arranged in the 0-degree angle direction, and the outer layer laying layer set comprises at least one of hemming felt, four-axis fabric and composite felt of the hemming felt and the four-axis fabric.     本发明涉及疏散平台踏板技术领域,具体公开了一种疏散平台踏板的铺层结构,包括主体铺层和外层铺层组。其中,主体铺层包括面板部、腔体部和至少一个立筋部,腔体部和至少一个立筋部分别设于面板部的正面,且靠近面板部的至少一端设有腔体部,至少一个立筋部与面板部间隔设置;外层铺层组分别铺覆于主体铺层的外表面和腔体部与面板部围成腔体的内表面;主体铺层为单向纱铺层且纱束排布在0度角方向,外层铺层组包括缝边毡、四轴织物、缝边毡与四轴织物的复合毡中的至少一者。该疏散平台踏板的铺层结构,降低了成型工艺难度,提高了成型效率,降低了生产成本。本发明还公开了一种疏散平台踏板及其铺层实现方法,同样具有上述技术效果。
