The invention relates to a passenger station control system and a battery replacement method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of new energy. The system comprises a station control host process module, a front-end monitoring process module, a cloud interaction process module, a vehicle-machine interaction process module, a PLC process module, a man-machine interaction process module, a charging process module, an environment process module and a DB process module. The station control host process module is responsible for a power conversion service and a charging service; the front-end monitoring process module is responsible for performing interface interaction with a web interface through an HTTP (Hyper Text Transport Protocol) mode; the cloud interaction process module is responsible for performing interface interaction with the cloud platform server through an MQTT mode; the in-vehicle interaction process module is responsible for performing interface interaction with a vehicle through a Bluetooth mode; and the PLC process module is responsible for performing interface interaction with the intelligent battery replacement robot through the MODBUS/TCP. The whole system is divided into seven component process modules; component process modules are randomly added and deleted; the clustered deployment of stateless process modules effectively prevents single-point faults.

    本发明涉及一种乘用车站控系统及其换电方法,属于新能源技术领域。该系统包括站控主进程模块、前端监护进程模块、云端交互进程模块、车机交互进程模块、PLC进程模块、人工交互进程模块、充电进程模块、环境进程模块和DB进程模块;所述站控主进程模块负责换电业务和充电业务;所述前端监护进程模块负责通过HTTP方式与web界面进行接口交互;所述云端交互进程模块负责通过MQTT方式与云平台服务器进行接口交互;所述车机交互进程模块负责通过蓝牙方式与车辆进行接口交互;所述PLC进程模块负责通过MODBUS/TCP与智能换电机器人进行接口交互。本发明将整个系统分为7个组件进程模块;组件进程模块任意增加与删除;无状态进程模块的集群化部署,有效防单点故障。
