The present invention provides an air-conditioning blow-out port device having a frame-shaped case provided with a flow path through which air flows. The housing has an overlapping surface capable of overlapping with the fins in a state in which the flow path is closed, and an avoidance recess recessed from the overlapping surface so as to avoid contact with the fins when the fins rotate from the closed state. A blowing-in space is defined by the avoiding concave parts of the shell and the fins, and air can be blown into the blowing-in space from the gaps between the shell and the fins. Either the fin or the housing has a barrier portion that blocks air flowing in the blowing-in space.
