The invention relates to a heat management integration module, a heat management system and a vehicle, the heat management integration module comprises a water side assembly, a refrigerant assembly and a heat exchange assembly, the water side assembly and the refrigerant assembly are located on the two opposite sides of the heat exchange assembly respectively, the water side assembly comprises a water base plate, and a flow channel of the water base plate is used for containing a first medium; the refrigerant assembly comprises a refrigerant base plate, a flow channel of the refrigerant base plate is used for containing a second medium, the heat exchange assembly is located in an interval space formed by the water base plate and the refrigerant base plate, and the flow channel of the water base plate and the flow channel of the refrigerant base plate communicate with the flow channel of the heat exchange assembly, so that heat exchange of the first medium and the second medium in the heat exchange assembly is achieved. The water side assembly is provided with a first external connector, and the first external connector is used for being connected with a water tank of the heat management system through a pipeline. According to the heat management integrated module, miniaturization of the heat management integrated module can be achieved, and the structural strength of the refrigerant substrate is improved.

    本申请涉及一种热管理集成模块、热管理系统及车辆,热管理集成模块包括水侧组件、冷媒组件和换热组件,水侧组件和冷媒组件分别位于换热组件的相对的两侧,水侧组件包括水路基板,水路基板的流道用于容纳第一介质,冷媒组件包括冷媒基板,冷媒基板的流道用于容纳第二介质,换热组件位于水路基板和冷媒基板形成的间隔空间内,且水路基板的流道、冷媒基板的流道均与换热组件的流道连通,以实现第一介质和第二介质在换热组件的内部进行热交换,水侧组件具有第一外接接口,第一外接接口用于通过管路连接热管理系统的水箱。本申请中的热管理集成模块能够实现对热管理集成模块的小型化,并提高冷媒基板的结构强度。
