The invention discloses a charging strategy determination method and device, a storage medium and computer equipment. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring user characteristics of an electric vehicle user and operator characteristics of a charging operator; establishing a user-operator matrix according to the user characteristics and the operator characteristics; the user-operator matrix is input into a pre-trained generalized regression neural network model, a characteristic difference matrix of the electric vehicle users and the charging operators is obtained, and the generalized regression neural network model comprises an input layer, a mode layer, a summation layer and an output layer; and generating a charging strategy corresponding to the electric vehicle user according to the characteristic difference matrix. The technical problem that it is difficult to match a suitable charging strategy for an electric vehicle user is solved.

    本发明公开了一种充电策略确定方法、装置、存储介质及计算机设备。其中,该方法包括:获取电动车用户的用户特征和充电运营商的运营商特征;根据用户特征和运营商特征,建立用户‑运营商矩阵;将用户‑运营商矩阵输入预训练的广义回归神经网络模型,得到电动车用户与充电运营商的特征差异矩阵,其中,广义回归神经网络模型包括输入层、模式层、求和层和输出层;根据特征差异矩阵,生成对应电动车用户的充电策略。本发明解决了难以为电动车用户匹配适合的充电策略的技术问题。
