The invention relates to a wireless charging alignment system for an electric vehicle. The wireless charging alignment system comprises an omnidirectional mobile platform; the signal transmitting unit is arranged on one of the electric vehicle and the omni-directional mobile platform; the signal receiving unit is arranged on the other one of the electric vehicle and the omnidirectional mobile platform; the electronic control unit is configured to control the omni-directional mobile platform to perform omni-directional movement so as to enable the signal transmitting unit and the signal receiving unit to complete alignment operation by transmitting and receiving alignment signals respectively; therefore, the wireless charging transmitting coil arranged on the omni-directional mobile platform is aligned with the wireless charging receiving coil arranged on the electric vehicle so as to carry out wireless charging.
