The invention discloses a steering wheel vibration suppression method and device. The method comprises the steps of obtaining a current wheel speed signal of a vehicle, a current rotating speed signal of an engine and a current vibration signal of a steering wheel; performing first matching on the current wheel speed signal and the current rotating speed signal in a preset first compensation relation; if the first matching is not successful, comparing the current vibration signal with the target vibration signal; if the current vibration signal is greater than the target vibration signal, performing second matching on the current vibration signal in a preset second compensation relation to obtain a compensation signal; and controlling a vibration compensator to perform reverse vibration compensation on the steering wheel according to the compensation signal. Therefore, the vibration of the steering wheel can be pre-judged, and the vibration of the steering wheel can be reduced by providing the compensation vibration in the reverse direction. And the magnitude of compensation vibration can be detected and adjusted, and when the vehicle is aged or the driving state changes, self-learning can be carried out, and the vibration magnitude can be adjusted.

    本发明公开一种方向盘振动抑制方法及装置,通过通过获取车辆的当前轮速信号、发动机的当前转速信号以及方向盘的当前振动信号;将当前轮速信号、当前转速信号在预设的第一补偿关系中进行第一匹配;若第一匹配不成功,则将当前振动信号与目标振动信号比较;若当前振动信号大于目标振动信号,则将当前振动信号在预设的第二补偿关系中进行第二匹配,得到补偿信号;根据补偿信号控制振动补偿器对方向盘进行反向振动补偿。如此,可以对方向盘振动进行预判,并提供反方向的补偿振动来降低方向盘振动。还能够检测和调整补偿振动的大小,当车辆老化或者行驶状态发生变化时,可以自学习,并对振动量级进行调整。
