A power output shaft end of the steering engine (3) extends out of a partition plate (2) rotationally connected with the power output shaft end and is connected with a driving rod (4) arranged in the undercarriage cabin (b); a spring sleeve (5) is arranged in the undercarriage bin (b), a hydraulic spring (6) is fixedly installed in the spring sleeve (5), and the piston shaft end of the hydraulic spring (6) extends out of the spring sleeve (5) to be fixedly connected with the wheel seat (7). On the premise that the buffering effect of the wheel seat is guaranteed, the whole wheel seat can be folded and unfolded more smoothly, and meanwhile the resistance of the skin on the surface of the fixed-wing aircraft can be effectively overcome by combining the effect of the closing plate.
