The invention discloses a steering knuckle for a five-connecting-rod rear suspension, and belongs to the technical field of automobile chassis design, the steering knuckle comprises a steering knuckle, a mounting matching hole, bolt unthreaded holes, a caliper fixing hole, a press-fitting steel sleeve structure and a lug piece structure, the mounting matching hole is formed in the steering knuckle in a penetrating manner, and a plurality of bolt unthreaded holes are formed in the periphery of the mounting matching hole; a caliper fixing hole is formed in the side face of the steering knuckle, the normal of the caliper fixing hole is parallel to the normal of the installation matching hole, the four press-fitting steel sleeve structures are arranged on the side face of the steering knuckle, and the normal of the first press-fitting steel sleeve structure, the normal of the second press-fitting steel sleeve structure and the normal of the third press-fitting steel sleeve structure are perpendicular to the normal of the installation matching hole and are perpendicular to the normal of the fourth press-fitting steel sleeve structure. The normal of the fourth press-fitting steel sleeve structure is perpendicular to the normal of the mounting matching hole, and parallel lug structures are arranged between the third press-fitting steel sleeve structure and the fourth press-fitting steel sleeve structure. A sand mold casting process is selected, and 6% of weight reduction is achieved on the basis that the function of an original cast aluminum steering knuckle is kept.

    本发明公开了一种用于五连杆后悬架的转向节,属于汽车底盘设计技术领域,转向节、安装配合孔、螺栓光孔、卡钳固定孔、压装钢套结构和耳片结构,安装配合孔贯穿设置在转向节内,安装配合孔四周设有多个螺栓光孔,转向节侧面设有卡钳固定孔,卡钳固定孔法线与安装配合孔法线平行,四个压装钢套结构设置在转向节侧面,第一压装钢套结构、第二压装钢套结构、第三压装钢套结构法线与安装配合孔法线垂直,同时与第四压装钢套结构法线垂直,第四压装钢套结构法线与安装配合孔法线垂直,第三压装钢套结构与第四压装钢套结构之间设有平行设置的耳片结构;选用砂型铸造的工艺,在保持原铸铝转向节的功能基础上实现了6%的减重。
