Collecting pressure signals of an onboard system and a cabin to calculate target pressure; resolving a target flow based on the target pressure; based on the target flow, the exhaust flow of the exhaust valve I and the exhaust flow of the exhaust valve II are calculated according to a preset exhaust flow distribution proportion; and the opening angles of the exhaust valves I and II are calculated based on the exhaust flow of the exhaust valves I and II to control the flow proportion of air flowing out of the cabin. The purpose of controlling the height of the cabin, the change rate of the height of the cabin and air exhaust flow distribution in the cabin can be achieved.
