The invention relates to an electro-hydraulic drive-by-wire brake and a brake system, which comprise a brake power mechanism, a brake transmission mechanism, a brake pushing mechanism, a brake hydraulic mechanism, a brake executing mechanism, a brake control system and a brake structural member, axial positioning and radial positioning are combined together for assembly, a gear and nut integrated part can be directly manufactured, the part structure is simplified, meanwhile, the large gear and the large bearing are connected by being matched with the lead screw nut, assembly is simple, and cost is reduced. In addition, the invention relates to corresponding double-chip control, and provides two methods for estimating the position of a pedal push rod by adopting a pedal opening sensor, compared with a push rod displacement sensor, the internal structure of the brake is simplified, the cost is reduced, meanwhile, two brake control methods are provided based on the two position estimation methods, the brake efficiency is improved, and the brake safety is improved. And the control forms are enriched.

    一种电液线控制动器及制动系统,包括制动动力机构,制动传动机构,制动推动机构,制动液压机构,制动执行机构,制动控制系统和制动器结构件,在所述制动传动机构中,大齿轮与丝杠螺母既可使用键形法兰配合,将轴向定位和径向定位结合在一起装配,又可直接做成齿轮螺母一体零件,简化了零件结构,同时,大齿轮与大轴承通过与丝杠螺母配合达到连接目的,装配简单,成本降低。此外,本发明涉及相应的双芯片控制,并提出了两种采用踏板开度传感器估算踏板推杆位置的方法,相比于推杆位移传感器简化了制动器内部结构,降低了成本,同时基于两种位置估算方法提出了两种制动控制方法,提高了制动效率,丰富了控制形式。
