The invention provides a predictive cruise vehicle speed gear dimension reduction optimization method, which belongs to the technical field of intelligent fuel-saving control, and comprises the following steps: segmenting a road condition, carrying out slope rushing judgment on each segment, calculating vehicle speed and gear limit values and demand values, and completing road network reconstruction; constructing an optimization objective function model; a feasible state domain vehicle speed and gear combination is constructed for adjacent road section transfer, the transfer cost is calculated, and the optimal vehicle speed and gear combination is screened out to serve as a predicted vehicle speed and a predicted gear; predictive cruise control is performed using the predicted vehicle speed and the predicted gear. According to the method, slope rushing judgment is added in road network reconstruction to optimize vehicle speed gear limit calculation, so that the operation dimension is reduced; the cost is calculated by considering the predicted gear during the calculation of the predicted vehicle speed, so that the optimal coupling effect of oil consumption and economy is achieved; and when the vehicle speed gear is predicted and the path transfer cost is calculated, the path transfer feasible state is calculated, the calculation amount is reduced, and the real-time performance is improved when the method is deployed in an embedded controller.

    本发明提供一种预测性巡航车速档位降维寻优方法,属于智能节油控制技术领域,包括如下步骤:对路况进行分段,对每段进行冲坡判断,计算车速、档位的限值和需求值,完成路网重构;构建优化目标函数模型;为相邻路段转移构建可行状态域车速与档位组合,计算转移成本,筛选出最优的车速与档位组合作为预测车速和预测档位;使用预测车速和预测档位进行预测巡航控制。本发明通过在路网重构增加了冲坡判断优化车速档位限值计算,降低运算维度;通过在预测车速计算时考虑预测档位进而计算成本,达到油耗及经济性耦合效果最优;并且在预测车速档位时在计算路径转移成本时计算了路径转移可行状态,减少运算量,部署在嵌入式控制器中实时性提升。
