The invention relates to intelligent monitoring equipment for vibration stress deformation, which comprises a base, a prism head and a prism frame, the prism head and the prism frame are integrally arranged, the prism frame is rotatably mounted on the base and connected with a transmission assembly arranged on the base, and fan blades connected with the transmission assembly are mounted in the base and drive the transmission assembly to act; an air channel is formed in the prism frame, a diffusion cavity communicated with the air channel is formed in the prism head, a plurality of air holes are evenly distributed in the side wall of the diffusion cavity, and a drying assembly is arranged in the air channel; an abutting part matched with the prism head is arranged on the base, and the prism head abuts against the abutting part when rotating by 90 degrees, and a torsional spring is arranged at the rotating installation position of the prism frame and the base; according to the scheme, the prism is rotationally installed on the base, when a train passes through the tunnel, the prism can rotate by 90 degrees, the windward side of the prism is reduced to the maximum extent (the impact load of airflow is reduced to the minimum), and sand and gravel particles in the air can be prevented from moving along with the airflow to cause abrasion to the surface of a prism head (the optical performance of the prism head is affected).

    本发明涉及震动应力变形智能监测设备,包括基座、一体设置的棱镜头、棱镜架,棱镜架转动安装于基座上且棱镜架连接有设于基座上的传动组件,基座内安装有与传动组件连接的扇叶且扇叶驱动传动组件动作;棱镜架内设有气道且棱镜头内设有与气道连通的扩散腔,扩散腔侧壁均布设有若干气孔,气道内设有干燥组件;基座上设有与棱镜头配合的抵接部且当棱镜头转动90°时与抵接部相抵接,棱镜架与基座转动安装部位设有扭簧;本方案通过将棱镜转动安装于基座上,当隧道内有列车通行时棱镜会转动90°,尽最大程度的减少其迎风面(将气流的冲击载荷降至最低),而且还可避免空气中的砂石颗粒随着气流移动而对棱镜头表面造成的磨损(影响其光学性能)。
