The machining method of the aluminum alloy folding seat comprises the steps that liquid aluminum-silicon alloy prepared in advance is poured into an extrusion charging barrel; the liquid aluminum-silicon alloy in the extrusion charging barrel is extruded and injected into a die cavity of the seat die through an extrusion punch, and a casting of the aluminum alloy folding seat is formed; and after the casting of the aluminum alloy folding seat is solidified, the casting is taken out of the seat mold. The folding seat can solve the problems that in the prior art, a folding seat is formed by welding steel or forging light-weight aluminum alloy, but the forming procedure of the machining mode is long, and cost is high.
本发明涉及一种铝合金折叠座及其加工方法、骑行车。该铝合金折叠座的加工方法包括:浇注预先准备的液态铝硅合金至挤压料筒中;利用挤压冲头将挤压料筒中的液态铝硅合金挤压注入座椅模具的模腔中,形成铝合金折叠座的铸件;待铝合金折叠座的铸件凝固后,从座椅模具中取出铸件。本发明可解决是传统技术中折叠座采用钢铁焊接而成或采用轻量化的铝合金锻造而成,但是这些加工方式的成型工序较长,成本较高的问题。
