The invention discloses a brake cylinder braking force amplifying mechanism which comprises a first brake cylinder and a second brake cylinder, a connecting mechanism is arranged between the first brake cylinder and the second brake cylinder, the connecting mechanism comprises a connecting cylinder body, a connecting bolt, a nut, a limiting assembly and a transmission assembly, and the connecting cylinder body is arranged between the first brake cylinder and the second brake cylinder; the multiple connecting bolts are connected with the first brake cylinder and the second brake cylinder in a sliding and penetrating mode. By means of the arrangement mode that the connecting cylinder body, the connecting bolt, the nut, the limiting assembly and the transmission assembly are matched, the connecting cylinder body can be connected between the first brake cylinder and the second brake cylinder through the connecting bolt, and the connecting bolt and the nut are limited through the limiting assembly; therefore, the connecting bolt and the nut cannot generate any displacement under the action of no external force, so that the nut and the bolt are prevented from being possibly loosened, and a plurality of brake cylinders are stably connected in series and are convenient to use.
