The anti-rollover beam structure comprises an anti-rollover beam body, a rotating shaft sleeve is arranged at the right end of the anti-rollover beam body, multiple sets of anti-rollover wheels are rotationally connected to the lower portion of the anti-rollover beam body, positioning sliding blocks are arranged between the two sets of anti-rollover wheels, and multiple sets of first inserting holes are formed in the surface of the anti-rollover beam body; a second inserting hole is formed in the position, between the first inserting holes, of the surface of the anti-overturning beam body, a sliding rod is slidably connected to the interior of the second inserting hole, a connecting clamping block is fixedly connected to the lower end of the sliding rod, and the lower end of the connecting clamping block is rotationally connected with the positioning sliding block; four groups of anti-rollover beam bodies are installed between two groups of second supporting columns, the four groups of anti-rollover beam bodies are used for rollover of four layers of steel rails, the positions of anti-rollover wheels and positioning sliding blocks are adjusted by overturning and rotating the anti-rollover beam bodies, the steel rails are positioned, rollover of the steel rails is prevented, the labor intensity is reduced, and the working efficiency is improved; and the vehicle performance is improved.

    本发明公开了一种防翻梁结构及防翻车,包括防翻梁本体,防翻梁本体的右端设置有转动轴套,防翻梁本体的下方转动连接有多组防翻滚轮,两组防翻滚轮之间均设置有定位滑块,防翻梁本体的表面开设有多组第一插接孔,防翻梁本体的表面位于第一插接孔之间开设有第二插接孔,第二插接孔的内部滑动连接有滑杆,滑杆的下端固定连接有连接卡块,连接卡块的下端与定位滑块转动连接;通过在两组第二支撑柱之间安装有四组防翻梁本体,四组防翻梁本体四层钢轨的侧翻,且通过对防翻梁本体的翻转及转动对防翻滚轮和定位滑块的位置进行调节,对钢轨进行定位,阻止其发生侧翻,减少劳动强度,提高作业效率,增加车辆的性能。
