The invention discloses a planet carrier end rotating speed control method for a planet multi-gear hybrid power vehicle, which regulates and controls the rotating speed of a planet carrier through a control torque solved by a fuzzy self-adaptive sliding mode control algorithm and solves the problem of impact in mode switching of the hybrid power vehicle. The method comprises the following steps: (1) establishing a five-degree-of-freedom model of the planetary hybrid power transmission system; (2) establishing a planetary hybrid power transmission system state equation; (3) designing a planet carrier rotating speed reference trajectory, and designing an integral sliding mode surface function; (4) calculating a sliding mode control rate as a sun gear end control torque by adopting a mode of combining an equivalent control quantity and an arrival control quantity; (5) optimizing the switching gain coefficient by adopting a fuzzy control algorithm to obtain a fuzzy switching gain, and optimizing the arrival control quantity in the step (4); according to the method, through fuzzy control and sliding mode control, the tracking effect of a control algorithm is improved, and the chattering problem generated by traditional sliding mode control is eliminated.

    本专利公开了一种行星多档混合动力车辆行星架端转速控制方法,其通过模糊自适应滑模控制算法求解的控制转矩对行星架转速进行调控,解决混合动力车辆模式切换中的冲击问题。本方法包括以下步骤:(1)建立行星混合动力传动系统五自由度模型;(2)建立行星混合动力传动系统状态方程;(3)设计行星架转速参考轨迹,并设计积分滑模面函数;(4)采用等效控制量和到达控制量相结合的方式,计算出滑模控制率作为太阳轮端控制转矩;(5)采用模糊控制算法优化切换增益系数得到模糊切换增益,对步骤4中的到达控制量进行优化;本方法通过模糊控制和滑模控制,提升了控制算法的跟踪效果,并消除了传统滑模控制产生的“抖振”问题。
