The invention provides a passenger conveyor diagnostic system capable of long-term monitoring. The passenger conveyor diagnosis system is provided with a diagnosis step formed by carrying a magnetic sensor, a diagnosis sensor, a battery and a control part, and is provided with a storage device for storing a timing database for specifying the actions of the magnetic sensor and the diagnosis sensor and the output of the diagnosis sensor; a magnetic map generation unit that uses the accumulated detection values of the magnetic sensor to form a magnetic map, which is a correlation relationship with the position of the step for diagnosis in the passenger conveyor; a position estimation unit that calculates a step position for diagnosis on the basis of the output of the magnetic sensor and the magnetic map; and a trigger generation unit that generates a trigger for operating the diagnostic sensor on the basis of the estimated output and the timing database, and the control unit controls the diagnostic operation, determines the data acquisition timing of the diagnostic sensor on the basis of the generated trigger, and restricts the operation of the diagnostic sensor outside the data acquisition timing.

    本发明提供一种能够长期监视的乘客输送机诊断系统。该乘客输送机诊断系统具备搭载磁传感器、诊断用传感器、电池和控制部而形成的诊断用阶梯,该乘客输送机诊断系统具有:存储装置,其蓄积规定磁传感器、诊断用传感器的动作的定时数据库和诊断用传感器的输出;磁图生成部,其使用蓄积的磁传感器的检测值来形成与乘客输送机内的诊断用阶梯的位置的相关关系即磁图;位置推定部,其根据磁传感器的输出和磁图来计算诊断用阶梯位置;触发生成部,其根据推定输出和定时数据库来生成使诊断用传感器进行动作的触发,控制部控制诊断动作,根据所生成的触发来决定诊断用传感器的数据取得定时,在数据取得定时以外限制诊断用传感器的动作。
