According to the automatic hanging bracket, the sleeper mold is clamped from outside to inside, a hanging point does not need to be additionally arranged on the sleeper mold, the automatic hanging bracket can adapt to sleeper molds of most sizes, the top face of the transverse part is arranged to be an arc face, the transverse part is slowly heightened from the outer end to the inner end, and the clamping parts can conveniently and smoothly enter the two sides of the sleeper mold for clamping.

    本发明公开了一种由外向内夹取轨枕模具的自动吊装装置及其控制系统,属于轨枕模具运输设备技术领域,自动吊装装置包括第一轨道、第一行走机构、第二轨道、第二行走机构、自动提升机构和自动吊架;第一轨道设置在养护区上方;第一行走机构移动设置在第一轨道上;第二轨道设置在第一行走机构上;第二行走机构移动设置在第二轨道上;自动提升机构设置在第二行走机构上;自动吊架设置在第一轨道下方,并与自动提升机构连接。本发明的自动吊架由外向内夹取轨枕模具,无需在轨枕模具加设吊点,且能适应大部分尺寸的轨枕模具,其横部的顶面设置为弧面,由横部外端向内端缓慢增高,便于夹持部平滑地进入轨枕模具两侧进行夹取。
